We offer a wide range of business education programmes, conduct research into teaching and learning in socio-economic education and shape the future by supporting entrepreneurs.

We are the teams of the Chair of Business and Entrepreneurship Education (Prof. Dr Andreas Diettrich), the Chair of Business Didactics with a focus on digital teaching and learning in vocational education (Prof. Dr Matthias Söll) and the Centre for Entrepreneurship (Dr Martin Setzkorn), who together form the iWIP.

Our Bachelor and Master of Arts degree programmes in Business Education are multifaceted. Students on degree programme I deepen their knowledge of economics and aim to work in extracurricular education and training. Students in specialisation II choose the path of vocational school teacher training and specialise in a second general education subject.
